"UPDATE: Spoke with Mr. Ortega today regarding this order and the problems. So grateful that he takes his business seriously and his customers. I especially liked his defending his employees whom he said, under the difficult system glitches they were faced with, they did their best. He said of course, no excuses but he wanted to make things right. He has issued a full refund and was very apologetic about everything. Thank you for reaching out and yes, we will continue to enjoy your wings! Great customer satisfaction!! Ordered two days before Super Bowl, 75 wing combo. Gave wrong time on website so called day before delivery day to change time to 4pm also called morning of delivery too confirm time change. They said all was good. 4:30pm and no order delivered. Called, was given the run around, hung up on after long hold. Call 3 more times and they wouldn't answer. Called using my husband's phone to cancel the order. They weren't sure they knew how. These employees and manager are idiots at customer service and honestly!"

"Ordered takeout late at night after coming home from the airport and it was the best take out experience I’ve ever had. The wings were so hot and perfect. Their bone in is the way to go but also they have the best boneless wings where it’s actually meat and not just 90% breading like at BWW."

"We got the boneless wing deal. There's not even chicken in most of the pieces shown just small batter pieces. This is very different from our usual experiences here. This is supposed to be 20 boneless wings. There are random French fries that got tossed in with the wings. Even one of the pieces came with a piece of clear plastic when I bit into it. Really not thrilled with the experience. The Genral Manger we spoke with on the phone said basically sorry its the best they could do."
