"This has to be the worst service I’ve ever gotten in a dine-in restaurant. Firstly— don’t advertise your restaurant as ‘dine-in’ if you don’t have any trash cans for the customers to put their trash in after their meal. Secondly, the service was genuinely terrible. The woman who took our order, Bailey, spent the entire time at the register on her phone with the several other coworkers doing the same. We ordered at 5:45 and didn’t get our meal - $21 for a sandwich and three tenders - until 6:15; 30 minutes for fast food chicken is ridiculous. The drinks were terrible and the food was mediocre. Nothing to write home about. The bun for our sandwich was stale, the chicken was poorly sauced and tasted like they left it out to sit while they worked on other orders. The tables, floors, and walls were unpleasantly sticky; the floors were filthy and the tables weren’t wiped down from other customers. There were no napkins available for the dine-in customers nor provided with our food, and the drink station was a mess. The soda dispenser was not mixing the syrup properly and spat out poorly mixed sodas. I’m very disappointed in my experience and will not be returning."

"Went there for a special wing in mind my mind 😳😀and low and behold they made it like I wanted it. So hot, tasty, fresh thanks Wingstop in Conway on Prince St. Think his name was Quan big fella"

"I placed an online carry out order around 9:30 pm. When I showed up I was the only customer in the store. There were 2 employees on shift. Although I was standing in front of them in plain view, they just kept on dicking around with their cell phones instead of attending to me. After about 5 minutes one of them came to help me (while still messing with his phone). Turns out that my order was ready and waiting the whole time. It was just sitting there getting cold. They seem to think their phones are more important than taking care of a customer."

"This particular Wingstop location was fairly fast (it wasn’t busy around 2pm on a saturday) however there is much to be desired regarding the quality of service. I ordered a 8 piece combo for around $12 and only got 7 wings. While I did not complain there, I decided to take off a few stars for getting my order wrong seeing this wasn’t the first time this had occurred at this location. Only positive things I could recommend are the fries and the fact they have a Coca Cola freestyle serving machine. My server was nice however the person who served my friend sounded very impatient and rude. I appreciate the quickness in getting my order out but due to getting my order wrong, I probably won’t be returning for a while."

"The food is good but the hiring manager should really reconsider who they hire. Some of the women that work at this location always have very nasty attitudes when calling as if you are disrupting them trying to call in an order. Working any job knowing how to speak to others is number one. Being rude or irritated is unacceptable just because you are having a bad day or busy."
