"Gave up on Wingstop for awhile. My fiancé decided he wanted Wingstop. This location did not disappoint! The wings were Crispy! Big! Fresh! And Flavorful! The fries 👌🏻Crispy and tasted great. Other than the wait the music was a vibe and the store was clean. The staff were doing their job."

"Giving this place a low score for their lack of customer service. Not the employees at the store but the GM. Usually the food here is pretty good but on the off chance something goes wrong, they are not helpful at all. You would think if you ordered delivery and the wrong order was delivered that they would want to make it right but no. Your choices are bring the food in for a refund OR bring the food in for replacement. Keep in mind when I called the store I was just told that I could come in and get my replacement, not that they needed the actual food. When I arrived the GM shamed me for not bringing anything in. As if I was supposed to know they needed it AFTER I had already called. I had planned on bringing it just because I don’t want it but was so flustered by the fact that I had to go in to correct MY DELIVERY that I left it on the table. I just wanted what I ordered. Also, the policy defeats the whole purpose of a delivery. While I’m here I would also like to mention the time I found plastic in my food. I reported it to corporate (on their website) because I tried calling several times with no answer at the store. I figured someone would want to at least look into it for safety reasons but zero responses or follow up. Even offered to take the piece in and got nothing back. At this point they have messed up my order several times and I’ve only ever asked for correction once so I’m very disappointed. I used to go with my husband 2-3 times per week, then once a week and recently every few weeks as I can’t trust the accuracy of the order. I haven’t been complaining, I normally just eat what is sent. But trust me, I won’t be wasting my money here anymore. Especially knowing that their GM is as rude as she is. I know my review won’t make a big impact but I hope anyone who reads this thinks twice before ordering delivery."

"I ordered buffalo boneless wings from this Wingstop and ended up with food poisoning. I was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes, but I stood there waiting for over 30 minutes with no explanation. When I finally got the food, the wings tasted off immediately—stale, overly greasy, and just wrong. Despite being ridiculously overpriced, I forced myself to eat only two wings before becoming violently nauseous and throwing up shortly after. That’s when it became obvious something was seriously wrong with the food. To make things worse, the amount of artificial red dye on the wings was unreal—I eat wings with my hands like anyone else, and I couldn’t wash the dye off my fingers for three days. That alone should say something about the quality and ingredients being used. Between the excessive wait time, terrible taste, outrageous pricing, and getting sick from the food, this was an absolutely horrible experience. I will never eat here again and strongly warn others to think twice before ordering from this location"

"I don’t usually write a review and don’t know about service from other locations but this particular location has a problem to not add confinements . Like today I ordered two separate orders and both were without the ranch and when a call was made , the person who was on scaling to come and resolve the issue. U also work with DoorDash and same thing happens with DoorDash orders too. So plz who ever manages this location need to talk to the workers. This not first time happened. This is over and over mistake."

"Got 3 meals for kids.... my one daughter loves corn so I ordered her grilled corn. I just wish she would haves told me it was super spicy. She also had garlic butter chicken wings and they were little dry wings with pan on them. They are usually good but I've never noticed their wings like that!"
