"Placed my order on Uber Eats and picked up in store. My order was ready and waiting when I arrived. The wings were good. I ordered standard hot wings, and they were exactly what I was expecting. Nothing fancy, just good wings. One note... I didn't realize that you can go in the "back" door, so no need to walk around to the "front" of the store on 58th, you can get in from the parking lot side as well."

"I was double charged, the team wouldn’t reverse the second charge and then shorted me on the food I was over charged for that they wouldn’t refund me for. (gave me an extra side of fries but that’s it) I will never order from this wingstop again. The service has always been poor, but this was over the top the worst experience I have had."

"This has been bugging me for days but didn’t know how to put it into words. On Sunday I went in and order food to go there was a man with a pony tail I think “management” not sure. But he was with another worker a female. Anyways he was maybe mixed race. But he was making comments about Latinos and saying bad things about Mexicans. I didn’t like this because I’ve met many Latino people in my life and they have always been good people but the fact that they hire racist people here makes no sense at all. That guy should not be working there or anywhere with such a mentality towards other races. But they were by the computer making comments about Latino people that were racist. The girl that was a short lady with a huge hickey on her neck, which that is disgusting to be showing at work she should have more respect for herself and especially the customers that go in there no body wants to see that. Imagine how the manager must run this place."

"I was greeted with exceptional service in a very welcoming tone the host I had was named Nick with him on the team food is always on time the orders have never been messed up and I could never ask for a better place to get wings 10/10 great service"

"Nick is an awesome employee! He has helped me out every time I have visited. Last night I actually got the chance to talk with him a little more in-depth. He actually sat down with me for just a few minutes which I thought was so cool! He definitely goes above and beyond which is hard to find these days. God Bless, Reed M Goede."
