"I ordered the 40 pieces combo and two drinks. I wasn’t informed that the soda machine only has Fanta. The one drink I don’t drink. I asked for a refund of the drinks but I was informed I had to wait until the manager gets there tomorrow in order to process the refund. I didn’t get my large fries and when I want back I got a small one but didn’t want to argue. I got home and noticed the cheese sauce I ordered extra was basically empty. Lastly half of the wings I ordered had barely any garlic sauce… guess it wasn’t the day"

"Just a heads up if you’re ordering late night just don’t this is my second time coming here and it was crazy. There was only one worker working last night while the other three girls sat outside in there car in front of the store leaving the young man to create and fix all the different orders alone . I’m not as upset about missing what i paid for since my meal was missing about 4 wings and the young man was working so hard alone and trying to greet the incoming guest . The three workers did not return to the store till 10 mins till closing and no one washed their hands they just rushed and tried to help bag up the remaining orders . I am upset my food was handle without hands not being washed after being outside . Can we please teach the staff hand hygiene and tall brown skin young man thank you so much for not giving up on the orders while being extremely over whelmed."

"I’m from Louisiana and currently working in Delaware. I decided to try Wingstop, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The place was already chaotic people were waiting for hours just to get their orders. When I finally got my food, the chicken was not even cooked all the way through. It was underdone and looked unsafe to eat. When I called to let the workers know, they were rude and disrespectful. Told me “bring it in because we make sure our chicken is cook” From the pictures you can see. Between the long wait, the chaos, the uncooked food, and the poor attitude from staff, this was a huge disappointment. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone."

"Got there and ordered, the cashier seemed like they had an attitude and kept giving me and my boyfriend weird looks. They had us waiting for our food for about 45 minutes and kept finishing ordered of people that came in after us. There was only about 3 people working and seemed like 1 of them was in training and kept putting food in the bag than taking it out. The person working fries kept picking his nose and the cashier was flirting with a teenager girl. Please do not go here."
