"I’ve tried giving this Wingstop multiple chances since they opened, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. The staff is extremely rude, on more than one occasion, I’ve walked in and been ignored while waiting at the counter. Instead of greeting customers, the employees just stare, waiting for you to speak first, with no sense of courtesy or empathy. They’re often chatting in the back, and by the time someone finally helps, I’m already frustrated. When they do come to the counter, they don’t even say hello. The food quality is also hit or miss. Overall, the customer service is terrible, and the manager at this location really needs to reevaluate how this store is being run."

"This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, I was disappointed. The fries were cold, greasy, and soggy. The burger combo was very basic — just bread, meat, and pickles, which was not what I expected. My daughter also asked for ketchup, and it was missing from our order. Overall, the experience was not great. I wouldn’t return or recommend this location based on this visit."

"I had a small issue with my order and Skia was so kind and respectful when helping me out. She made sure my fries were remade fresh and handled everything with such great customer service. I really appreciate her and the whole team for being patient and understanding — thank you for turning it around with such a great attitude!"

"I purchased about three times since they opened first time asked for well done and it wasn’t done. I let it pass since they have just opened waited a few weeks and ordered again still not well done and sauce was too little . The third time it was finally well done but barely any sauce covering the wings. I’ve always had wing stop barely had issues always great, now that it’s close to me I am not sure if I should give it another try or just wait until I’m in a Tampa to have wing stop."
