"Love the food but I had the worst customer experience ever at this location. Ordered 30 wings, fries, and extra ranch (big container size). Picked up the food. Wings were in an aluminum container and I was able to reach access and put on my passenger seat. I went to do the same with the paper bag but because it was soggy, the bottom completely gave out and ranch went everywhere. I mean everywhere. Into the ventilated seats, down the side and all over my pants. I went back inside, covered in ranch, with the bag and the guy refused to replace anything. Just an “I’m sorry sir but I can’t replace the ranch”. I was blown away. Everything dumped because it was double bagged. I just spent $110 to get the truck detailed."
