"First of all this store apparently uses an AI system that combines separate wings in one container to save them money on containers or something which is absurd, talk about a potential hazard for anyone with allergies. Literally only separated by a paper and it’s so lazy. Then the drinks machine is down so I pay for an entire 20oz drink but have to settle for a 12 oz can of sprite or coke. Terrible service and many people were frustrated with the drinks price discrepancy as I was waiting on my order. Ordered at 7:30pm, just now reading the other orders and realizing that the problem may also be the evening staff."

"This is the SECOND time I’ve placed an order to receive a sandwich with NO SEASONING (I ordered garlic parm) and HALF THE BREADING MISSING. They also used a tiny filet. They didn’t season my gf’s fries either"

"If you ever want to order from here on DoorDash, I suggest you do not especially at night, the night crew is very lazy. They will give you all the wrong food that is cold that has been sitting for hours. I received a burnt chicken sandwich that I did not order and hot ranch. The sandwich was so burnt, I thought it was a hamburger and then I realized Wingstop doesn’t sell those. The Night crew is extremely lazy and will risk your health to not cook. Do not order. Everything I received was at least three hours old."

"Ruzy created an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care.The service was just as impressive. Ruzy was attentive without being overbearing, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere she set made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming. It had the right balance of calm energy and good vibes the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy your meal, and forget about everything else for a while. Overall, Ruzy delivered top-tier food, outstanding service, and a truly inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend her and will definitely be coming back."

"My baby boy loves wings so we stop by once before and it was great and fast!...However this time around 2/20/2026 around 5pm...It was very disappointing. It was like 5 people working and it took over 30 minutes for 8 little wings and fries...like are you serious. I always tip always to insure I at least get ok service but today it was just awful. They were all just playing around nit doing anything. Finally 42 minutes later my food was ready ugh. Just know what you are getting yourself into if you choose to spend your money here!"
