"I'm writing this purely because it's beyond annoying to wait 40 minutes for food and it still be wrong. This wingstop isn't busy and never is but I guess it's the people they hire. I had the displeasure of having Melissa take my order. She's mastered the art of weaponized incompetence. She doesn't know the difference between wings and tenders, doesn't know how to choose the promotional sauce, doesn't know how to add bleu cheese on the side, and doesn't know how to finish an order without asking for help. My problem is I never ask for anything for free, request to be charged for everything for it's no favor that you gave me something and I should be happy with whatever. And to make everything worse it smell like a Porta potty inside."

"I don't EVER write reviews but today was very disappointing. Today was my 2cd time ever ordering from this place. The first time was when they first opened and I must say the service is still sloooooow!! Today around 3:30 or so I called to order some wings. After ringing for a few minutes the lady behind counter picked up and asked if I could hold. 15 mins later...Im still holding. I decided to pull over and make an online order. Inconvenient for what I was doing but did it anyway. I never hung up from being on hold and drove a whole 25 mins with the recording repeating that someone should be picking up shortly. Upon my arrival to wingstop 1 person is in line in front of me and only 2 people behind the counter. When the women working the counter was finally finished unpacking boxes and putting things in the fridge, she was finally ready to serve me. I let her know she had me on hold for 25 mins so she could hang up the phone and that I just went ahead and ordered onlline. She apologized however she was very short and ready to move on. I asked for some extra sauce which came up to a dollar and change. I pull out a $20 and am told I would have to use a card because she has no change. Real short...face all dry...attitude activated. I used my card. She bought my order to me. I check to make sure its all there. Fry container in bag with all my fries all turned over and in the bottom of the bag. Needless to say, I WON'T be going back! Customer service SUCKS!!"

"So, I’ve eaten at all the wingstop in Jacksonville Fl. This was my first time here and if I must say the customer service was amazing, wings were amazing as well. they had a fresh taste to them, you know when chicken isn’t clean you can smell to right, but not here. Team keep up the good work, and the wife I will continue to enjoy it!!"

"Place gets a ton of hate for no reason. Been twice and food keeps getting better and better. Atmosphere and service were really nice and fast. Define recommend the Louisiana rub tenders"

"I stood in front of the register for about 20 minutes (I tried to get an employees attention several times) and they would look at me and ignore. While I was waiting 4-5 people came up complaining about their food being messed up and one guy found a lock of hair in his fries. I decided to ask a nice couple behind me how long they’ve been waiting for and they told me about 15 minutes for fries. I then continued to get on Camden county rants and raves and first thing I see is someone is complaining they found a piece of metal in their food. Don’t trust this Wingstop, I’ve yet to hear a single good thing about it."
