"I would give one star for the wing/fry idea only. I have now tried this place three times and this will definitely be the last time for me. I have no problem with the wings being tossed in the chosen sauce but the chicken itself is so dry, seemingly old, and flavorless. I have now tried those Louisiana fries also for the third time and they are just not good. Other wing spots have similar fry specials that are actually good, but not wingstops and I think it all starts with their fry choice. Of course, the poor food quality makes the prices astronomical, not to mention the fact that the ppl who work here have zero personality and zero customer service skills. I do not recommend."

"So if you know me you know I love wings. So I was excited to find out we finally have a wing stop near home. So I ordered ahead online 6 piece lemon pepper combo. To my surprise the parking lot is full but keep in mind it's next door to mc Donald's so that's causing uncalled for traffic. I get in and it busy in there, you can tell the staff is trying and I'm ok with that. He asked my last name and I told him.So I paid for my food just to get home and see I was giving the wrong COLD order 😭. I was devastated because my cravings were set so I tried to work with the garlic parm and barbecue flavor and it was okay definitely had to reheat it in the air fryer to make it worth something. Honestly I expected better. Maybe in the future I'll try again. S.N y'all need to work on the pick up/Togo center because I was bouncing All over the place just to get some service."

"The food was fine. It just took a bit longer to get my order than I had anticipated. Nevertheless, the food was fine."

"It took 35 minutes for a six piece and some fries and it wasn't even slammed in there. Everyone who was coming in had ordered ahead and even those orders weren’t ready. I made the mistake of just walking in and ordering instead of ordering HALF AN HOUR ahead. Nobody should have to wait 30+ minutes for an in store order. And online orders DEFINITELY shouldn’t take 15-25 minutes to come out. DoorDashing from the Wingstop in Terrytown was faster than ordering in store from this place."

"1. The workers acted as if they couldn’t accommodate my desire for 2 different flavors in a 5 piece, which I asked to be BONELESS, but got traditional instead. 2. It was hot as hell in this establishment, suffocatingly so. Workers nor customers should be subjected to burning temperatures such as these."
