"the service is horrible they’re always messing up orders and when you confront them about it they are unapologetic and rude. They basically tell you to deal with it and they’re no fixing it!! Terrible in person service and don’t even think about ordering for delivery they will play with your order! I ordered $30 worth of food just to receive JUST fries!! When i called to get this sorted they hung up on my face and refused to accommodate their mistake !"

"This was my first time at a Wingstop the girl at register kept rushing to take my order blowing her breath rolling her eyes walking off I was just trying to take my time and look at the menu I asked another worker to please take my order he happened to be. Manager he was nice but it was very distasteful disrespectful low mannerisms and work etiquette in a workplace she needs to be removed from the register and talked to immediately because no one should be talked to or treated that way I had my three children with me during the time as well so I was trying to be the more mature person but I definitely left a survey review online and I hope it's taking seriously but the customer service needs to be better"

"I ordered THREE time from this location on doordash in a single night hoping my food would come out well, and everytime I was missing an item! Workers are rude and out of the 7 times i’ve ordered from here I constantly get the wrong flavor wings, missing a wings. don’t waste ur time coming here"

"They’re very busy at this Wingstop, the workers are really working quick to get everyone’s order out. Food tasted good and the sauce helps combine everything else."

"Tried to deny me regular wings at 1220am Told me I had to get boneless. Then preceded to make me wait 1 hour for my food. Extremely rude. I believe they did something to my food as it taste extremely funny. If i get sick I will be suing them!"
