"I usually don't ever write reviews but this was absolutely the worst experience at a food spot I've ever had. I placed my order online and waited in the car until it said it was "ready", when I got the notification it was "ready" I went in and they didn't have it. I waited almost two hours for my order while I watched people go in and out that came way after I did. Mostly everyone that ordered also had multiple bags of food. My order was just a 24 pc boneless wing with two drinks, fairly simple. The girl at the front kept telling me my order was coming and it never was. I didn't walk out until I asked another girl and she told me they were just starting to make it after I was already there for almost 2 hours. Thankfully I got my refund but I will absolutely never go back, terrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Last night was the first time my fiance and i tried Wingstop. We had a great experience. It looked packed as we walked in and so we expected there to be a little bit of a longer wait due to it being busy. While we were waiting to order, a male worker came up to us and offered chicken tender samples! Definitely helped me decide on getting the tenders! The cashier was also friendly! We waited maybe 15 minutes to get our food as there was like 6 people who ordered before us. i really liked being able to see my order progress on the screen. The food was phenomenal and reasonably priced!! Can’t wait to go back."
