"always check your bag after picking up your food before leaving. This location always forgets to add something. Update: don’t listen to response below btw. I’ve already reached out with no response. Store says I have to drive back to get fries, customer service for refund. Just don’t trust them. Almost not worth the hassle. Always check!"

"Placed an order a day in advance for super bowl sunday for a 5:30pm pick up. When my husband arrived he said the line was out the door and that the place was so packed you couldnt even walk in there. Our order was nowhere near ready. My husband waited an hour in a half before our order was ready, missing the first quarter of the super bowl. Not to mention, we were hosting. Overall a horrible experience. Why take orders if you cant keep up. I knew it was too good to be true. This is unacceptable."

"We were super hungry late at night, so we drove over to Wingstop for the first time. The location was decent, plenty of parking, including electric vehicle spots (not that it matters to me). The place was really clean inside, and the staff were incredibly nice. They helped me with the menu since it was my first time, and we ended up getting a mix of boneless and bone-in chicken with different seasonings and drinks. The staff even brought the order out to the car for takeout, which was really thoughtful. The food itself was just okay—not bad, not amazing. It filled us up, but we couldn’t finish it all because the portions were huge, and it was a little pricey for what we got. Overall, the service was fantastic, and the food did the job, so I’m giving it 4 stars."

"I can’t tell you about the food or the atmosphere. I just know that I ordered at 6:12 PM today and it is 9:22 PM and I’ve tried to call them to cancel the order at this point and the phone sent you to a service that none of the options work nobody’s picking up and it’s already gone through. I guess if you get delivery through them cause I went to their website they Outsource to DoorDash and I have screenshots of about six different drivers that waited there for about 10 minutes and then left at this point. I don’t think I’ll ever go to Wingstop again. Going tomorrow to try to get my refund because I want my whole refund because I never got my food and I have screenshots upon screenshots of just how shitty the service was and screenshots of me trying to call as well. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Unless you can actually drive there and sit and wait I wouldn’t recommend it. Update will follow on how they handle the situation when I drive there tomorrow because nobody would answer the phone tonight"

"I can see why the ratings are so LOW. poor quality in service and workers. Great job Wing Stop. Walked in two women in the back saw me standing at the counter 11:08am. No greeting, no services. One worker is eating chicken strip, looks up at me and goes back to eat lol.. can't make this up. Apparently they don't need the service. I left."
