"I went to this location to order wings, and when we got home, we realized an entire order was missing. We decided to go back to the store to have it corrected. When we returned, the store was nearly empty, yet we still had to wait about 35 minutes for our order. Despite there being very few customers, the staff seemed to be preparing only one order at a time, which made the wait unnecessarily long. When we finally got home again and opened the food, we were extremely disappointed. There was a large amount of hair in the barbecue wings, making them completely inedible. We had no choice but to throw them away. To make matters worse, my wife had already eaten some of her wings before we noticed the issue, and she immediately became sick and started throwing up. This was a very upsetting and unacceptable experience."

"Appreciate the great attitude and service from the associates during crazy Superbowl day. They keep the food quality good even though they are overloaded with the amount of orders. Not everything perfect but they did their best and not being rude to customers at all. Kudos to the team who work tonight at Superbowl time!!"

"Was my first time visiting and will be my last. The cashier was slightly rude, impatient, and spoke too quietly or too fast. They were annoyed when I would ask them to repeat themselves. Didn’t feel so welcoming. The food was okay. I got mild wings and was expecting it to be soft, but was crunchy. I only ate 2 pieces and gave up after that. I don’t advise anyone to eat at this wing stop."

"Wingstop has good wings, but everything else was disappointing. The wait time was excessive, even for a simple order. Staff seemed overwhelmed and there was no clear communication about delays. Management really needs to improve how they handle customers, orders, and overall service. I won’t be back anytime soon."

"We typically love wing stop, the Garner store is awesome. This is our second disappointing experience at this location. Staff in front and rear of house apear distracted and disinterested in working. This is truely affecting the food quality and consistency. We ordered online and upon picking up the order it wasn't even started. We were told that they dont start the order until you arrive. As we waited, we watched many people come in and pick up their orders. Both experiences the chicken had very little to no sauce on multiple orders. Very disappointing!"
