"I got served raw chicken twice and I’m praying I won’t be sick. Ordered a 6 piece and every wing was raw… they apologized and gave me a 10 piece. 3 of 10 were raw again."

"** updated** the manager reached out and corrected the situation, the new meal I received was very good. 10/10 actually. Came on my lunch break spent 25 minutes here just to get the wrong order of wings took it back in the store. Still got the wrong order of wings. My fries were burnt and none of them were over an inch long basically getting the crumbs out of the bag. Tried to call to complain, but they don’t pick up the phone. Called several times during the day for two days so no answer. After reading other reviews, I definitely should’ve read the reviews before I stopped with this Location. Just horrible customer service to say I spent almost $20 here."

"1st time going to the Wing Stop and my experience was good. The cashier who helped me was very helpful and explanatory especially with it being my first time going there and not knowing what to get or how things work. She even let me taste the sauce on a new flavor wings that they had before I purchase it."

"Didn’t get my order the way I ordered. I got 20 boneless wings and different amount of each sauce instead of traditionally splitting it 4 ways because some flavors were new to me and I didn’t know if I would like them. Also some of the “wings” were tiny pieces you get at the bottom of the bag (bottom right)"
