"Once I found out that the special here on boneless wings was a close parallel to another personal favorite of mine I had to get some. The boneless wings here are delicious and the dry rubs are done perfectly by these Flavor Masters. The Chicken itself was well cooked, tender, and juicy as well as having all the sauces applied gingerly. The prices are decent and I've had multiple experiences here as a gig worker and the pick-ups almost always go extremely smoothly. As smoothly as today's online order. Very personable staff and a clean dining environment make it a good dining experience. It surprised me how limited the sauce menu is though."

"I made the order online, and when I arrived, it was ready. The man working in the store seemed to be by himself, and he still promptly greeted me. The food was hot and fresh. I recommend this location based on my three experiences thus far going well!"

"Walked in to order only to be told they do online only orders me and one other person and they wouldn't take my order. Guess that's how they go under turning cash customers away. This happens again and I'll be taking my buisness back to Buffalo wild wings they appreciate people doing buisness with them."

"I must say how much of a turn around the new manager Brittany has made at the Jackson, TN Wingstop location. The last time my husband and I were there we waited over 30 minutes before anyone would even take our order and the food was absolutely horrible not to mention the staff were far from pleasant to deal with but I can’t say enough great things about our experience with them this week. The service was fast and professional, the wings were amazing and fresh! We received our food in a timely manner and we had zero complaints this go around. Considering this is a restaurant we said we would never try again I’m definitely glad we did because she has turned this enough staff around and it shows! Keep up the great work!!!!"

"It was to be a wing night but we got bamboozled. Lol Over $80 spend and the only thing worth it was the wings. Wing night is usually expensive and I have often spoken highly of wing stop. I've enjoyed many good meals from this local. Tonight was not a repeat of anything resembling my previous visits. I don't even feel like speaking about it to much because I don't want to say things that don't belong on Google. I am angry that I paid for this mess. I never go into a restaurant without looking into their menu and the cleanliness of their building as well as the general atmosphere of the business. I don't want to go where I am not a welcome customer. Tonight I feel like wing stop was just taking my money in exchange for some bags of leftovers. Like most people, we eat out often. Since the day this location opened its doors I've went there for every wing I've ate, I hate they have done this and on a night that the weather has us not able to drive back and throw this mess in the trash where it should have been left in the first place. Fries came in 2 sizes, burnt and whole potato. 3 orders, all unseasoned, so there wasn't much we could do with them. The vegetables followed suite with Unpeeled full size carrots or the peels from some other carrots that we did not receive. Celery ends, seriously what happened? The wings were lightly sauced, lightly is not an under statement. Over cooked and dried out. I did receive the correct type and amount of dips. I was shocked to find that out. We won't spend anymore money here. This is ridiculous to even deal with a meal for my family so we could eat and relax. Instead I paid for the opportunity to come home and cook dinner while filling my trash can up with wing stop. I worked hard for that money just like everyone else does. Check your order before you walk out that door, if you choose to attempt eating at this location. Worst meal I've ever looked forward to, no one has even gotten close to this level of bad service."
