"Wingstop was such a disappointment. The fact that it's right next to my house makes it even worse because now I have to drive super far just to enjoy decent Wingstop food. My wings were horrible—every one had this nasty brown inside and tasted raw. Absolutely disgusting, not a single wing tasted good. The fries were just as bad, greasy and literally dripping. The only saving grace was that the staff was cool, and the restaurant was clean. But honestly, I’m never coming back here. Two stars."

"Decided to dine in today best decision ive ever made!! Been a regular loyal customer for years now & this location has never dissapointed i was in complete SHOCK!! today when i walked in & saw the store is COMPLETELY REMODELED!!! IT LOOKS ABSOLUETLY AMAZINGGG!!!! Food was spectacular as always Jessics Julissa Jonathan & Michelle did an amazing job food was out quick fresh & cooked to perfection will definately dine in every time i stop by now great job WINGSTOP IN PLANO!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"My family and I just moved to the area from out of state, this was our very first time trying wingstop. We were greeted by a young lady named DNAYAH who helped with the menu. She was very attentive and kind from the time we walked in and she greeted us until the time we finished our meals and left out, great asset to the team we will definitely be returning! Thanks guys!"

"Despite all the terrible reviews I kept seeing i decided to give it a chance. I have no clue what the reviews are talking about because I had no issue with the food. It was well seasoned and cooked properly. We ordered the boneless meal deal and a chicken sandwich. We enjoyed it all. Only thing i will say is that the fries are not like they used to be. They used to have a hefty amount of seasoning on it. Now it seems that they cut back on that. The voodoo fries tasted great too."

"I go there for small fries and that's what l got, food was good with a very small portion. I didn't have time to complain but if I'm going to get very small portion when l paying a higher price l will go somewhere else. I remember l cold get full off a small frie at this place, now l find myself looking for something else to eat after my visit. Of course everyone's price is going up but l could always count on WS fries to fill me up, now they are becoming a waste of time to buy."
