"This place is filthy dirty it took over 45 minutes to get our food. The soda machine is sticky to the point that no one wants to touch it. The garbage was overflowing and all over the ground in the bathrooom. They prioritize the take out orders before serving my party of 3. It was my first time in here and I can tell you for sure it will be my last. Discussing! All we ordered was 3 6 piece wins."

"I ordered online, but when I went to pick up my order, the soda machine wasn't working, and the manager refused to refund my money. She told me I had to call corporate to claim my money back. She acted very differently and didn't care about the customer. I will take the time to get my money back, and it's not about the money itself, it's about the way she treated me. There was no respect."

"Seriously, this location should be closed. You can order at various times BUT via online order only it seems don’t even trouble yourself walking in (I learnt the hard way) seeing they very rarely have a cashier no matter how many team members are behind the counter. That’s an inconvenience for someone who has cash I would think Issue two, how are they always out of beverages?? Either management needs to properly manage and have a store that’s stocked ooooor closure. This is a popular food chain, I would say has limited access to certain areas so it’s gonna be in high demand so the store should be equipped for that"

"I've been a regular at Wing Stop for a while now, and it's one of those places where you can always count on some good wings. I usually order the 10 or 15-piece wing meal, and without fail, I always get the hot honey rub. It's my go-to, and it never disappoints. The wings are perfectly crunchy, well-seasoned, and the honey rub gives just the right amount of kick with a sweet finish. If you like your wings with flavor, this one’s a winner. This time around, I decided to switch it up a bit by pairing my usual 10 hot honey rub wings with 5 lemon pepper wings. The hot honey rub was as fantastic as expected, but the lemon pepper wings were a letdown. They were dry and barely had any lemon pepper seasoning on them, which was disappointing, especially since they've been good in the past. It seems like the quality can vary depending on who's cooking that day. As for the fries, I’ve tried them a couple of times, but they just don't cut it for me. I prefer my fries nice and crunchy, but both times I ordered them, they were limp, cold, and just didn’t taste great. Since then, I’ve stopped ordering the fries altogether. Overall, Wing Stop still has a solid vibe, and I'll keep coming back for the wings. While the lemon pepper wings were a miss this time, I’ll give them another shot in the future. The overall experience is always pleasant, and the hot honey rub wings alone are worth the trip."

"First time ever eating wingstop. Ordered via the app, food was ready when I got there which was nice but the drink machine was out of order. Food tasted good but found a hair on one of my tenders. The lobby itself was absolutely disgusting; employes probably don't even know what a broom or mop are. Floor and tables were littered with old food and stains. Stay away from here."
